The Personal Assistant will work with our Financial Services Representatives assisting with day to day administrative support.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:General administrative supportAnswering telephones and taking messagesPreparation of correspondence and mailingsMaintaining recordsData entrySetting and confirming appointments; calendar managementMaintaining sales materialsResponding to customer inquiriesRequirementsCandidates must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills (written/verbal) are imperative as well as the ability to solve problems and handle multiple and simultaneous priorities in a professional and personable manner.
