The company is a satellite office of a larger firm consisting of 12 employees. They are an executive retain search firm.
Provide support for two Managing Partner. Focus will be in support of the MP's search work as wlll as the office administrative needs that she is involved in (operations finance equity meetings, etc). Will be responsible for scheduling meetings, conference calls and executive events such as board meetings; arranging meeting space, proving audio/visual and other equipment/materials, coordinating travel arrangements for attendees, compiling and distributing information for meetings, processing expense reports, maintaining databases including Encore and Outlook; handling in-coming calls, compose and type all correspondence related to the search process, to include: memos, proposals and confidential material and candidate profiles; communicate information among and between team members. 7-10 years of relevant experience, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with travel industry required to make travel arrangements, Outlook. Strong written and oral communications skills; must be professional and maintain confidentiality of client and candidate communication. Executive Search or HR background preferred. Provide writing sample along with your resume.
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, overtime if necessary.
