  • COMPANY: Media & Entertainment CompanyPOSITION: Digital Account ManagerLOCATION: New York, NYCOMPENSATION: (DOE) + Discretionary Bonus + BenefitsBACHELOR’S DEGREE: RequiredOur client, a prominent news outlet circulated daily, is seeking a Digital Account Manager to support their sales team with all aspects of the sales life-cycle, from campaign start to finish. This individual will be a key contributor to sales organization and will be responsible for building media plans and implementing, maintaining and optimizing these campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER: - Ensure a high level of customer service with all clients/agencies- Work with sales and brainstorm with internal teams to respond to all RFPs by creating media plans that meet client objectives- Identify site audience/demographics, assemble ideal media mix for advertiser objectives and leverage resources- Pull accurate inventory forecasts using DFP Inventory Analyzer and media plan/book all campaigns using DSM (sales management system)- Coordinate with relevant internal departments on all levels of campaign execution (Marketing, Ad Operations, Development, etc.)- Ensure all elements of campaigns are implemented in an accurate and timely manner to ensure accurate invoicing and fulfillment of IOs- Provide trafficking team with all required elements for campaign implementation/execution, including tags and trackers- Identify, analyze, and problem-solve any campaign issues, including tracking, delivery, or invoicing- Provide proof of implementation reports and screenshots- Work with marketing to create post-campaign recaps to renew/upsell dealsREQUIREMENTS OF DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:- Bachelor’s degree required - 1-3 years’ experience in digital planning, media buying or account management- Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment- Excellent client service and written/verbal communication skills- A proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment- Eager to learn multiple aspects of the digital media landscape- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel- Experience with DSM/DFP, comScore/Google Analytics preferred- Experience with Salesforce a plus- Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
