This individual will be responsible for the implementation and management of advertiser’s campaigns throughout their lifetime, while working closely with account management teams and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable and dedicated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for those who have the capacity and desire to succeed in a high growth environment. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AD OPERATIONS CAMPAIGN MANAGER: - Day-to-day management of client campaigns as well as driving the strategic revenue growth for each account - Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimizing as needed- Troubleshoot and resolve site and advertiser issues- Possess an understanding of site ad functionality and working knowledge of all ad products available - Campaign reporting utilizing analytical and proprietary tools- Interact with internal as well as external clients including but not limited to coordination and consultation to ensure a successful advertising campaign- Manage billing reconciliation and reporting.- Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling and updates for customers, including rich media ad placements.- Prepare and edit HTML code used to deliver ad creative.- Traffic on all mobile devicesREQUIREMENTS OF AD OPERATIONS CAMPAIGN MANAGER:- Bachelor’s degree preferred- 1+ years’ minimum of online ad trafficking experience- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment and under tight deadlines- Understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly DART for Advertisers & Publishers (DFA/DFP)- Understanding of order entry platforms, particularly DART Sales Manager (DSM)- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript- Strong organizational and time management skills- Strong written and communication skills- Knowledge of third party advertising tags (Mediaplex, Atlas, and Doubleclick, etc.)- Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
