  • COMPANY: Media & Entertainment CompanyPOSITION: Account Executive LOCATION: New York, NYCOMPENSATION: (DOE) + Discretionary Bonus + BenefitsBACHELOR’S DEGREE: RequiredOur client, a prominent news outlet circulated daily, is seeking an Account Executive to join their Programmatic Sales team. This individual will work with the national sales and planning teams in order to grow revenue and relationships. The ideal candidate should be driven and hungry, with the ability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:- Own all relationships within agency trading desks and work hand in hand with the national sales team to grow overall Programmatic business - Identify opportunities in OPEN Exchange to convert into PMP campaigns - Develop relationships with assigned DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs- Work with Client Solutions/Integrated Marketing team to develop Programmatic marketing collateral- Educate internal and external teams on the latest Programmatic insights- Serve as Programmatic expert, assisting sales with RFP responses, client calls, insights and analysis- Understand how to leverage all Programmatic strategies, including, but not limited to, the use of first, second and third party data REQUIREMENTS OF ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:- Bachelor’s degree required- 2+ years’ sales experience out of a digital ad agency, agency trading desk, SaaS, SSP, or DSP- 3+ years in digital media, account planning and/or buying - Extensive client/agency facing experience- Proven ability to consistently deliver against sales targets- Ability to work cross functionally with other internal teams- Excellent communication, presentation and strong computer skills- Positive attitude - Knowledge of Salesforce, SSP software a plus- Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
