  • PART TIME OR FULL TIMECommercial Real Estate OfficeSalary: Commensurate with ExperienceThe primary focus of position is to assist executives on various administrative tasks:• Answer and screen telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.• Manage Outlook e-mail accounts of executives.• Distribute mail and coordinate courier service as needed.• Superior knowledge of Word (especially track changes) and Excel.• Assist entire team with administrative tasks.• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.• Experience in real estate preferred.Requirements:• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.• Demonstrated computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Office (Word and Excel).• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Good organization, follow-through, attention to detail and problem solving skills.• Ability to take initiative, function independently, and work in a team.• Ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.Education & Experience:• Five to seven (5-7) years previous administrative assistant experience• College degree preferred or commensurate experience
