A growing insurance agency seeks a responsible and resourceful administrative assistant for office manager. This person will provide administrative support in varying capacities including emailing, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be able to take on special projects when needed. This candidate must be available 9am - 5pm, Monday- Friday.Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist clients with their needsHandle and maintain accurate and detailed office records Support the office through the management and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and other related tasks; manage the ordering for office supplies.Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of office administrative assistant experience. Strong administrative and organizational skills with an extreme attention to detail; ability to multitask. Excellent written and communication skillsWorking knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook.
