We are looking for an experienced individual to help us with our administrative needs.What you'll be doing:Data entryManaging all aspects of A/P,A/R,H/RAnswering phones and providing exceptional customer serviceProviding administrative assistance to the General Manager and TreasurerPrepare job quotations and proposals with excellent accuracy.General administration duties such as filing, preparing tax invoices, entering bills and paying bills by checks in Quick Books, purchase orders, shipping documents and other support documentation.Preparing bank depositsBeing involved with purchasingWhat you need:Quick Books (2014 version) knowledge of bill entering, paying along with preparing invoices and check writingHigh level skills in Microsoft office, Word and Excel60 words per minute typing speed with at least 95% accuracyExcellent communication skills, including a professional phone mannerAttention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude with emphasis on accuracy and qualityProfessional presentationMust be self-sufficient with strong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of working in a construction office a plus.Must have own transportation.Please email resume and salary requirements for consideration
