Step into an instrumental role to provide client support to a fast paced financial planning office focused on the financial needs of Senior Marketing/Promotion Executives, physicians and their families. We are looking for a strong team player to manage the day-to-day activities of the senior advisor, such as preparing for client meetings, helping to create financial plans, completing applications, and working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.Position Functions: Responsibilities will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor. Core duties include:Financial Planning & Advice and SolutionsPrepare advisor meeting notes/agenda, charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings with clients.Assist in developing solutions and recommendations that will fit the client's risk tolerance, time frame and objectives.Client Care / Business ManagementMaintain client contact during the financial planning process.Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested, as it relates to servicing their accounts.Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings.Follow-through on post-meeting recommendations such as completing actions, researching, and applications.
