POSITION SUMMARY

Working closely as a team the Business Development Group is primarily responsible for the financial and analytical analysis of potential mergers and acquisitions, product licenses, and partnership opportunities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop of broad range of financial valuations, negotiations, and due diligence skills associated with initial opportunities and the ability to follow throught all the way through to final negotiated deals and integration plans.

Serve as the deal lead on cross-functional teams to develop valuation analytics and regularly present proposals and findings to senior management.

Coordinate the financial modeling of long range business development plans.

Advance the thinking, education, and practices for valuation methods and financial concepts within the Corporate Development team.

Act as the primary liaison to progress corporate diligence processes for the Finance organization.

QUALIFICATIONS BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree with at least 5-10 years of relevant healthcare related business development experience (e.g. healthcare, pharmaceutical business development role, investment banking, or management consulting experience).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA degree.
Strong financial, economic, and business analysis experience in direct support of corporate development or investment banking.
Experience presenting executive summaries to senior leadership teams.unrelated to ability, sexual orientation, religion, political philosophy, unfavorable discharge from military service or age in all phases of employment practices and facilities in accordance with all applicable laws and Executive Orders.
